D Custom works with the marketing team at Lennox Industries on their publications Lennox News and Lennox PremierNews.


PremierNews was created from scratch as a new way to reach its audience, featuring a modern design treatment and interesting content like best practices and success stories intended to build a stronger relationship between HVAC dealers and the Lennox brand. We conducted a content strategy that pinpointed exactly what this audience was looking for in content, and our talented group of designers and brand journalists crafted the publication from the ground up. PremierNews received a Silver Pearl Award in Design for Best New Newsletter.


Our design team also took on the task of redesigning the Lennox News broadsheet newsletter into something more modern and appealing to its audience. Our team of designers tackled the project and transformed Lennox News into a magazine-style publication with a highly visual layout.


D Custom also worked with Lennox on Home Comfort Style magazine, which featured homeowner and lifestyle topics and helped dealers build better relationships with local customers and drive more reliable sales.
