All of Santamargherita’s materials are engineered, manufactured, and tested in the same place the company was started more than 50 years ago, and its rich Italian heritage holds strong.

The Challenge

Santamargherita had a strong reputation in Italy but needed to expand its brand awareness in the U.S., particularly in the key Dallas-Fort Worth market.

Our Solution

D Custom redesigned Santamargherita’s U.S. site to feature its array of beautiful products and to drive customers to find a dealer and visit its showrooms. We also created custom content, covering topics ranging from must-know trends from interior designers, care and maintenance advice from internal experts, and even Italian-inspired content, like how to host an at-home wine-pairing soiree and a guide to choosing the perfect olive oil. This content formed the foundation for SEO and full-paid and social media campaigns on Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Pinterest.

The Results

After only four months, website visits increased by 123%, and more than 1,800 users searched for a dealer or showroom on the site. Users were highly engaged with the new content, and pageviews tripled in just four months of consistent posting and promotion.
